A retired three-star general and combat veteran whose 36-year Marine Corps career spanned multiple tours and the highest levels of national security. He served as Director of the Department of Defense’s Joint Artificial Intelligence Center, oversaw Computer Network Operations at the National Security Agency, served as Director of Joint Staff Intelligence, and the Joint Chiefs’ senior intelligence officer.
Mike holds master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and Applied Physics from the Naval Postgraduate School, is a Board member of the American Society for Artificial Intelligence, and advises several leading U.S. AI and data-science companies. He also serves as a Senior Advisor to the Special Competitive Studies Project and as an Advisor to the Geopolitical Intelligence Group at Academy Securities Inc. where he counsels several leading U.S. investment firms on national security policy and defense technology.
