A seasoned corporate development executive with over a decade of experience in capital markets and M&A advisory across natural resources, infrastructure, manufacturing, technology, and real estate. Robin began his career as a buy-side equity analyst with Sionna Investment Managers, a Canadian institutional asset manager with over US$2 billion in AUM. He later went on to serve as Vice President at FMI Capital Advisory, a Toronto-based boutique investment bank, where he advised on various debt and equity offerings, public listings, and cross-border M&A transactions. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Finance from McGill University.
